Refund Policy

Please note that once the entrant has paid and participated in the Layers of Passion 4.0 round, no matter whether he/she has disqualified, not won any award or acceptance in the Layers of Passion 4.0 round, in any circumstances the amount he/she spent to participate in Layers of Passion 4.0 round will not be refunded as it is non-refundable.
